Pricing is based on video length, starting at $85 for the first 100 words or 45 seconds, with an additional $40 for every extra 50 words. Check our pricing page for more details.

A video script is the foundation of your video, mapping out scenes, actions, and dialogue in order. It typically has two parts: the audio script, which guides the voice narration, and scene instructions, which outline the visuals.

Certainly, we've created more than 1500 successful video scripts and can certainly craft one for your specific needs as well.

We need the following: 

1. A script (or basic idea/information/key points to be included in the video)

2. Relevant graphics (e.g., company logo/app icons / screenshots etc.) 

3. Any instructions provided 

4. Voiceover preferences - Male or Female, Accent preferences (UK/US/Indian), etc. 

5. Branding guidelines (if applicable) 

6. Pronunciations for uncommon words (if any)

Yes, to ensure a smooth project flow, we recommend contacting us before placing an order.

We are based in Delhi, India, and operate on IST (Indian Standard Time) from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional availability beyond that.  

Our typical response time is 1-2 hours during office hours and 6-12 hours outside of them.  

Sundays and national holidays are exceptions to our usual availability.

We provide three rounds of revisions, covering all edits except major script changes.  

Significant script changes requiring total rework, or total adjustments will incur additional charges. The script finalized at order placement is considered final.

We use a variety of tools to develop videos, including Vyond for animation, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating graphics elements used in video, Audacity for audio editing, Premiere Pro for transition effects, and occasionally Adobe After Effects for specific custom projects.

Our payment terms are simple: 50% is required upfront upon order confirmation, and the remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.

We accept payments via PayPal or Payoneer, allowing you to use any credit or debit card.  

For Indian clients, we also offer bank transfer and UPI payment options.

Unfortunately, no. Creating a video requires significant time and effort, regardless how simple it may look. Therefore, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
