What is a video script?

A video script serves as the blueprint and foundation for your video, outlining the chronological sequence of scenes, actions, and dialogue. It provides directions on how the video should unfold, typically divided into two parts: the Audio Script and Visual/Scene Instructions.

The audio script details the narration for the voice artist in the video, while scene instructions provide a general outline of the visuals in a scene.

How do you determine the price for a video?

Simply put, the development cost of a video is based on the number of words in the audio script. Note: There are exceptions, such as when no voice is required. Feel free to message us if you have any doubts.

Do you develop the script?

Certainly, we've created more than 1000 successful video scripts and can certainly craft one for your specific needs as well.

What are the information required to begin a video project?

We need the following:

1. A script

2. Relevant graphics (e.g., company logo/app icons)

3. Any instructions provided

4. Voiceover preferences - Male or Female, Accent preferences (UK/US/Aus), etc.

5. Branding guidelines (if applicable)

6. Pronunciations for uncommon words (if any)

What are included in revisions?

We offer three rounds of animation revisions. To simplify, all edits are included, except for script changes or voice edits.

Script changes necessitating a complete redo of scenes, synchronization, and adjustments will be deemed additional work and subject to charges. The script agreed upon at the time of order placement will be considered final.

Likewise, third-party providers handle VOICE OVERS, and any editing or changing of the voice, even for a single word, will incur additional charges. Note: If an error is made on our part, we will rectify it at no cost.

Yes, you may also place your order through Fiverr. Please note that Fiverr's platform and service fees apply, resulting in an additional cost of approximately 20% compared to ordering directly.

What are the payment terms that you offer?

For first-time clients, orders valued below $500 require full payment in advance.

For returning clients, and for all projects valued above $500, we offer a flexible payment structure of 60% upfront and the remaining 40% upon final delivery.

What are the available payment modes?

We accept Credit and Debit Card payments worldwide through PayPal and Payoneer. Direct bank transfers are also available.

For clients in India, we additionally offer UPI payments for greater convenience.

How do I make the payment?

Once the project details are finalized, we'll send you a secure payment link based on your preferred payment method. You can simply click the link to complete the payment.
